Q. Do I need a proper
drawing in order to get a quote?
A. No a sketch will do fine, or you can arrange a site visit
and a representative will measure up your kitchen worktops and assess your needs and
inspirations, there is no charge for this services.
Q. Will you visit to
make templates?
A. Yes once all base units are fixed and secure in their
final position we can then visit and make templates.
Q. Do we need hobs,
sinks etc to be on site for templating?
A. Yes please, but we can be flexible in some cases.
Q. Can we plaster after
templating takes place?
A. No, plastering needs to be done before templating takes
place, to ensure accuracy.
Q. Do we need to be
there will templating/fitting takes place?
A. It is important that you are present so we can work together
to ensure all your needs and inspirations are realised in the final product.
Q. Are drainer grooves
a problem in hard water areas?
A. No not at all! Due to the polished finish on our drainer
grooves a simple clean with fine wire wool and soapy water then just wipe
off.
Q. Will our kitchen
units be secure enough for granite worktops?
A. In most cases you’re your kitchen units will be
fine, occasionally the units will need to be strengthened, a site visit can
be arranged to asses your existing units.
Q. What thickness of
granite and marble is used?
A. 30mm thick is recommended for kitchen, and 20mm is usually
used in bathrooms.
